
Working with kids
Michael has recently expanded his endeavours and has conducted boot camps for children, teens and disengaged youths, providing a broad demographic with the opportunity to develop their fitness. Michael’s background in amateur sports has allowed him to improve these cohorts’ agility and coordination, which has led to improved confidence and has created a pathway for children to play sports and benefit socially.

” Michael delivered his Bootcamp program to our students at Youth Futures Anchor Point Bayswater. It was easy to see how passionate and experienced Michael is through the way he engaged with our young people. Michael was able to help our students step outside their comfort zone and participate in different fitness exercises and games that they would normally not want to engage in. Our young people had fun, engaged in exercise, and most importantly grew in confidence, developed self-esteem and established team skills. Michael’s program has helped build on our positive culture and has motivated our young people to be more aware of their own health and fitness, with some students signing up to local gyms after completing Michael’s program. There was never a challenge Michael didn’t adapt to, ensuring we never missed a session. We look forward to working with Michael in the future.”
